Allan Jackson has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry, during which time he has acted for both buyers and sellers in transactions across Ontario having a total value of over $100 million.
Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Real Estate and Housing Management. This course of study is one of only two such degree programs available in Canada, and it covers a wide range of disciplines including real estate appraisal, real estate development, real estate finance, real estate law, urban planning, economics, accounting, and the Canadian financial system.
Prior to co-founding Capital Commercial Investment Corporation in 2015, Paul Robillard has worked in the real estate industry, as a real estate professional, building his skills and knowledge since 2009.
Mr. Robillard specializes in the Ottawa residential market with a strong background in negotiations, property valuation, multi-residential, leasing and property/asset management.
Paul holds a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa as well as a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
Florian Nagelschmitz has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over ten years, with investment sales experience across commercial asset classes including multi-residential, retail, seniors’ housing, development land and land speculation. Utilizing targeted information gathering tools and a Canada-wide network, Florian identifies off-market opportunities specific to the needs of the institutional, private equity and individual investors he represents.
Florian is a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing Management commerce program. He is a registered Broker with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
