Allan Jackson has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry, during which time he has acted for both buyers and sellers in transactions across Ontario having a total value of over $100 million.
Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Guelph, earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Real Estate and Housing Management. This course of study is one of only two such degree programs available in Canada, and it covers a wide range of disciplines including real estate appraisal, real estate development, real estate finance, real estate law, urban planning, economics, accounting, and the Canadian financial system.
Prior to co-founding Capital Commercial Investment Corporation, Paul Robillard has worked in the commercial real estate industry, as a real estate professional, building his skills and knowledge since 2009.
Mr. Robillard specializes in the Ottawa multi-residential market with a strong background in property valuation, commercial leasing and property/asset management.
Paul holds a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa as well as a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
Florian Nagelschmitz has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over five years, with investment sales experience across commercial asset classes including multi-residential, retail, seniors’ housing, in-fill development, and land speculation. Utilizing targeted information gathering tools, Florian identifies off-market opportunities specific to the needs of the various institutional, private equity & high net-worth individuals he represents.
Florian is a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Real Estate and Housing Management commerce degree program.
