Prior to co-founding Capital Commercial Investment Corporation, Paul worked as a real estate professional with Barclay Commercial Corporation circa 2009.
He specializes in the Ottawa multi-residential market with a strong background in large-scale apartment property and asset management. Having been one of three leaders who streamlined one of Sandy Hill’s largest and most successful apartment conversions to date, from acquisition to construction management through to lease-up, valuation and finally the sale, Paul is equipped with the skills to successfully serve his clients in all areas of commercial real estate.
Paul holds a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa as well as a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
