On behalf of both buyers and sellers, we have analyzed numerous seniors’ housing properties throughout Ontario and have successfully completed over 10 transactions in this sector. Most notably, we were directly involved and responsible to both the Buyer and Seller, in the purchase and sale of Ontario’s largest single retirement residence – a 237-unit facility which sold for $70.5 million.
